SNIFF SNIFF, I hate the final weekend of the Summer Concert series. It means that SUMMER is coming to an end. It has been a great summer and I want to give a special thanks to the Lake Arrowhead Village merchants and management for all of their dedication and hard work. I am already excited for the 2015 concerts to start!

I keep hearing the same question lately… How many people live in your town? I felt silly not knowing, so thanks to the trusty internet and census.gov, I found out the answer to your burning question.
How many people live in Lake Arrowhead? Taken directly from the census.gov website… Lake Arrowhead’s population in 2010 was 12,424. There has been no new census since 2010. How is your Realtor Relationship?
In today’s time we are texting and emailing far to often and most of our communication is misunderstood. It is hard for both parties to understand each other. I would like to encourage, longer emails that are filled with more detail to help eliminate confusion. Stop texting valuable information and pick up the phone. As Realtors our job is far to important to miscommunicate the wrong information. All it takes is one wrong email or text message to ruin a good relationship. Don’t let that happen to you.

2014 Brewfest Attendees Break Record for the Fifth Year in a Row
This years Lake a Arrowhead Brewfest breaks tickets sale for the fifth year in a row with over 1000 attendees. It is obvious that next year they are going to need a bigger tent.
As a volunteer for this event and a strong supporter, it was so exciting to see so many familiar and unfamiliar faces. As I walked around with my camera for 7 hours, it was easy to get everyone to smile!
There is no surprise why everyone was smiling… BEER! There is something so great about bringing together 1000 plus people to enjoy the south lands greatest Craft Breweries and Home Brewers.
It is no secret, or at least it is not now, that I LOVE BEER. I give credit to my husband for introducing me to all the fabulous fermented flavors. I am a huge sucker for sours and will fall weak to just about anyone who brings me a bottle! 😉
To all the sponsors, breweries and home brewers who made this event possible, all the attendees who drank the sweet nectar of hops and barley say,”thank you!” Also a special thanks to the Mountain Brew Club, Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce, Nolan Calkins and Jim Grant for keeping this event alive. I look forward to next year and new Brewfest memories!
