Here is the Crestline Market Analysis for the YTD (Year to Date):
As of October 9, 2014 Crestline has sold 124 properties. According to our local RIM MLS statistics you can see that the average home has sold for $168,918, the average days on the market were 94. Last year at this same time there were 145 properties sold and the average price was $145,668, the average days on the market were 75. Prices are rising, but it seams to be taking longer to sell.

As of September 24, 2014 Twin Peaks has sold 42 properties. According to our local RIM MLS statistics you can see that the average home has sold for $174,921, the average days on the market were 65. Last year at this same time there were 56 properties sold and the average price was $156,818, the average days on the market were 85. As you can see statistically… The prices are rising.

As of September 22, 2014 Arrowhead Villas has sold 22 properties. According to our local RIM MLS statistics you can see that the average home has sold for $163,698, the average days on the market were 71. Last year at this same time there were 38 properties sold and the average price was $121,992, the average days on the market were 121. As you can see statistically… The prices are rising.
