I am extremely excited to show off these beautiful color maps of Lake Arrowhead, Crestline and Running Springs.
This all started with a little idea back in the Fall of 2014. We, “Arrowhead Professional Partners,” wanted a tool to use for our clients and for a visual display of all our SOLD properties. The hard part was, there were no maps anywhere to be found that we could use. So what do you do when something does not exist? You make it your self.
A very good friend of mine poured his heart, soul and artistic talent into these drawings. Thank you Michael Lardi for your dedication and creative genius ability and skills. Sophie, Michelle H. and my self worked on these maps along with Mike for months, perfecting every inch, making sure to cross our T’s and dot our I’s… or in our case, cross our streets ;-).

Get ready to jump in freezing water for charity. This year marks the 7th annual Polar Bear Plunge. I have not found the courage yet to jump in the freezing cold water, but I really like watching other people do it! 🙂

Hello and Happy Thursday/ Tour Day. The Holidays are over and the tour days are looking good. Today was a good day, there were lake views, lake fronts and large houses (some small ones too).
So my favorite of the day and I literally can not stop talking about it, is this amazing Lake Front on North Shore Rd. It is listed at (gulp) a whopping $4,850,000 Million. Now you might ask me if it is overpriced and I honestly can not say. It is not in a gated neighborhood and it does not have a lot of land but I can say that it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. It was truly EXQUISITE! Very warm and inviting and very Restoration Hardware. Basically, I loved it and it is probably one of the nicest lake fronts we have on the market right now. So you can be the judge. 🙂

My second favorite today was: 1004 Pintail Circle, listed by Bill Johnson from Mountain Country Realty, listed for $749,000… The pictures are not my favorite and trust me when I say, the house is better then you are lead to believe. My favorite part about this house is the Mother-In-Law apartment above the garage. It is a 2 bedroom and the perfect size for even 2 people!
My third favorite today is 698 San Benito Lane, listed for $449,000, listed by Michelle Hutton. This house is in such a quiet area, level entry, over 3000k sq ft and is in such good condition.
